1.        NSYSU Visitor’s Lodge provides accommodation to staff, students, and alumni only.

2.     There are ten guest rooms in the Visitor’s Lodge. Each room accommodates up to two persons at a rate NT$1,000 per room per day .   A Group Room which accommodates up to twenty people is available at a daily rate of NT$3000.  An additional fee of NT200 will be charged for an extra set of pillow and quilt.

3.        Check-in time at the Visitor’s Lodge is between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. each day.  Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. the next morning.

4.        Reservations:

a)       Reservations could be made by calling the Visitor’s Lodge: 886-7-525-2000 ext. 5920; or in person at West 6F of the Student Activities Center.

b)       A valid ID is requested upon check-in. 

※c)    Guests with reservations are advised to reconfirm their reservations 24 hours prior to arrival (EXT. 5920 ) ; the reservations will be cancelled automatically without re-confirmation.

5.        Regulations:

a)       Please do not smoke in the guestrooms. 

b)       Please show your room key to security guards when leaving or entering campus.

c)        Please store your valuable personal items at a safe location.  The University and the Visitor’s Lodge will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

d)       For additional services, please contact the Visitor’s Lodge service counter at extension 5920.

6.        Using the Telephone in the Guestrooms

a)       Incoming calls can be placed directly to the guestrooms by calling the University switchboard at 886-7-525-2000 and then directly entering the extension number of the guest room. 

b)       For calls within the campus, simply enter the extension number.

c)        To make local calls, first enter “0” and then the local number.

7.        Morning Call

a)       Phones in each guestroom have automatic morning call feature.

b)       Press “＊” then “5”, then enter the time you want the morning call.  (Example: for 06:00 a.m., press ＊-5-0-6-0-0.)
